Our Pool & Spa facilities are among Summerset Orchards' most popular amenities. To help maintain a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all residents and their guests, please take a few moments to review the Association's Pool & Spa Rules before using the facilities.

The pools are typically open May through October, weather permitting. The spa remains open year-round.
