Summerset Orchards (also known as Summerset IV) is a gated, active adult community in Brentwood, California, featuring 647 single-family homes for residents aged 55 and older. Established as a homeowners association in 2001, it is one of four independent homeowners associations that share the Summerset name. As the largest and newest of the four Summerset communities, Summerset Orchards offers a wide variety of recreational amenities, social opportunities, and beautifully maintained common areas designed to support an active and connected lifestyle.

Residents enjoy access to two community buildings, the Lodge and the Pavilion, which provide spaces for fitness, recreation, meetings, events, and social gatherings.

The Ballroom is available for private rentals and community functions. Featuring a food preparation and warming kitchen, bar, and flexible room layouts, it is well suited for celebrations, meetings, performances, receptions, and other special events. Optional amenities are available to accommodate a variety of event needs.

Summerset Orchards is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Association utilizes a dual management model that combines the convenience of on-site Association Management with the expertise of Collins Management, a professional community association management company. Together, they support the Board, oversee the Association's daily operations, and help ensure the community's amenities, services, and common areas are well maintained for the benefit of its residents.
Summerset Orchards is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. The Association utilizes a dual management model that combines the convenience of on-site Association Management with the expertise of Collins Management, a professional community association management company.
